The worst company I have dealt with. Can you believe, if you ask them for a contact number or a person to log a complaint, they don't have any contact number or designated person. I was shocked. Really disgusting customer service. Not helpful, they will close the phone on you.

This is T R A S H I was able to process Credit Cards manually throu the Business App on my phone... WITHOUT NOTICE that feature went away and turned into Zettle or Virtual Terminal. Tried Virtual Terminal, and got charged 13.5% on a $5 test run... WHAT THE ENTIRE FK PAYPAL!!? No one asked you to Change a GD thing, and yet you did for the worst!! Now I'm gonna have to find another company to process my money, because you're clearly Not a Pal you are now PAY-YOUR-PAL.
Hard to navigate
Having a lot of connection issues. I have constantly turn the reader off or mobile data/bluetooth/location whilst customers are waiting and getting increasingly annoyed and this is after the recent app update.

Jesus this app is a mess. I want to find compatible receipt printers. The link for this in the app brings me from the US app to the Swedish version help article. The US website redirects me to the UK help article. The US help site, when going there on my own, makes no mention of printers at all. Cant hide my address on receipts either. Good lord what was wrong with PayPal Here?
Avoid, PayPal turns it into nightmare. Constant connection issues, updates not changing anything. Just about to change for something reliable.
